ReSOURCE relies on the support of our community to keep our programs and mission strong. A few examples of how your donations help us serve more people and expand our programs include:

A donation of $50 will help expand our training programs so that participants will have an advantage in successfully securing employment.

We are exploring the possibility of offering training in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and solar thermal; we are looking to give YouthBuild and Apprentice-style graduates a few months of supported employment with outside companies to give them a step up into the working world; and we have pledged to exceed our goals and serve more people.

A donation of $75 will help us build a home for our reuse efforts in central Vermont that will provide job skills training to unemployed individuals and youth.

When we decided to become part of the community of service providers in central Vermont and revitalize an old granite shed in Barre—and offer some of the same goods and services residents in Chittenden county have come to rely on—we knew it would be a challenging task. What we didn’t realize is how tenaciously history clings to an old building.

A donation of $100 will help provide low-income residents with essential goods and services so they can use their limited household funds to meet other basic needs.
